Create a livestream event during COVID Pandemic to educate alfalfa and forage growers on the latest technologies and techniques.
Description
Through Hoard’s Dairyman and as part of the marketing team we created a livestream focused on alfalfa. I worked with the client to brainstorm topics and speakers for a series of livestreams. I created digital ads to be placed through Hoard’s Dairyman media outlets. I used social media posts and the digital ads to promote the event. After the success of the 2020-2021 series of livestream events we repeated the project for 2021-2022. The client gained a reputation of “the Alfalfa Experts” and a highly qualified list of prospects was captured from the events registrations.
Challenges
Tight turnaround for the digital artwork. Adjusting keywords and social media channels to increase viewership.
