Create 12 versions of a Dealer/Distributor Manual for two different alfalfa brands and 3 different regions for each brand.

Description

Worked with marketing managers, general manager and district sales managers to create manuals for dealers and distributors yearly. The programs differed for dealers and distributors and also between brands. The manuals covered pricing, sales programs, marketing programs, policies and procedures and forms need for the programs.

Challenges

Making sure all 12 manuals were consistent in look and content and correct. Getting all 12 manuals prepared on time and uploaded to DropBox for distribution to managers and dealers.
